The holiday homes L’Hirondelle and La Rainette can be rented together as one unit with an inner courtyard for 14 persons. It invites you to family reunions, seminars, etc.
As with all accommodations that are equipped with a swimming pool, safety and active care of children are essential, especially for small children. Pets are not allowed at the pool. Opening hours must be agreed with the owners. All information is provided by the owner.
In the absence of special conditions mentioned on this sheet, the general rental conditions apply.

Prices:
The holiday home La Rainette can only be booked weekly in the high season July + August. Arrival is on Saturdays.
The price for the week is € 1.200,00 regardless of the number of persons. In the low season from September to June the price from 3 nights is € 170,00 per night.
Water, electricity and heating are included. The tourism tax is charged separately and amounts to € 1.10 per person per day from 15 years of age.
Option final cleaning € 50,00 + € 5 per person

Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, the contract can be cancelled by either party without any cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date at the latest, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price must be paid. For cancellations up to one week before the agreed date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the package price shall be payable. In the last week before the date of arrival, 90% of the agreed package price shall be payable.
